Poem by Reinhard Bonnke
When the disciples received “a flame on their head” the Gospel began to spread
Not just enthusiasm but demonstration, Holy Spirit inspired and much aided.
Miracles shake nations, bring attention and sensation, which cannot be avoided.
When preaching the Word of love, the Holy Spirit is hand in glove.
Yet this heat melted the Iron Eagle of Rome, evicting Caesar from the throne,
By simple people filled with the Spirit who are invincible in faith and merit.
Rulers bent their knees to Christ, the One once slain, but lives again.
The secret of this universal thrust, are the fire-baptized of Pentecost.
